Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or product/business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to synthesize complex signals into clear product recommendations.
- Must be able to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights.
- Drive bug triage and resolution in partnership with engineering.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives including landing pages and compliance features.
- Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design to optimize funnel performance.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and product requirements.
