Requirements
- 7 years web development experience.
- Senior-level software engineering experience.
- Strong solution architecture and systems design capabilities.
- Proficient in database schema design and analysis.
- Proficient in complex SQL Queries and Operations.
- Proficient in a server-side language such as C#, Java, Ruby, Python, or PHP.
- Proficient in JavaScript and Team Git branch management.
- Experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, SFTP, ODBC, TCP/IP, IMAP).
- Experience with Legacy system conversions and basic networking/OS administration.
- Highly proficient in leveraging agentic AI tools throughout the SDLC.
- Strong business analysis, communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a client-facing technical leader and trusted advisor.
- Lead requirements discovery and business analysis efforts.
- Design and deliver custom software solutions.
- Support sales activities, technical discovery, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Partner with executive leadership and the CEO on strategic opportunities.
- Operate independently, often owning engagements from discovery through delivery.
- Function as a forward-deployed engineer embedded closely with client teams.
