Requirements

- Ability to complete day-to-day transactional tasks.
- Adherence to agreed-upon processes, controls, and SLAs.
- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle and SAP is preferred.
- Strong ability to maintain internal and external relationships.
- Capability to support quality assurance processes.
- Experience handling exceptions and answering FAQs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze AP trends such as aging, early-pay discounts, and late fees.
- Create dashboards and monitor KPIs including DPO and vendor performance.
- Identify process bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Support audits by providing data insights and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and adhere to SLA requirements.
