Responsibilities
- Own the process of analyzing P&L statements and rent rolls.
- Manage and update databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and other key real estate metrics.
- Occasionally present analyses and provide support to clients.
- Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic and demographic trends.
- Conduct research and write market intelligence for marketing materials.
- Prepare and present analytical results, including graphics and charts.
- Build strong working relationships with team members to address market intelligence needs.
- Leverage market intelligence to develop compelling narratives for deals.
