Requirements
- 10+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing leadership.
- Track record of scaling acquisition programs at significant spend levels.
- Experience hiring and leading growth marketing teams of 10+.
- Experience deploying AI-forward or AI-native marketing strategies and tooling.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in structured experimentation and A/B testing.
- Strong expertise in martech, attribution, incrementality testing, and MMM.
- Familiarity with privacy-preserving measurement approaches.
- Proven ability to translate complex performance data for executive and board-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with consumer growth dynamics.
- Experience leading a full-funnel strategy and exceeding performance goals.
- Preferred: Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, insurance) with HIPAA knowledge.
- Preferred: Background in product-led growth and two-sided marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- Scale paid acquisition across SEM, paid social, programmatic/display, OLV/OTT, and affiliate channels.
- Define and execute a paid marketing roadmap with clear KPIs and ROI accountability.
- Identify and unlock new growth platforms, partnerships, and external demand sources.
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to accelerate testing velocity.
- Partner with Finance on growth planning, budgeting, and payback analysis.
- Oversee full-funnel lifecycle marketing for patients and providers.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to optimize conversion surfaces.
- Lead martech build-vs-buy decisions and advanced measurement frameworks like MMM and incrementality testing.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with HIPAA and federal/state data privacy constraints.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing technical team.
