Requirements
- Track record of executing on the development and deployment of advanced ML models in production.
- Experience shipping deep learning, graph-based, or sequence-based ML architectures.
- Extensive experience writing production Python code.
- Strong command of SQL.
- Ability to thrive working on ambiguous problems.
- Product mindset prioritizing customer outcomes.
- Willingness to learn Go lang.
- Experience working with operations, financial crime, or in regulated institutions is preferred.
- Experience writing critical production code and working with microservices is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Understand customersâ problems and support needs based on a variety of inputs.
- Route customers to the right support staff and optimize routing decisions at scale.
- Automate the resolution of customer support needs through autonomous agents.
- Aid customer support in decision-making and pattern detection.
- Collaborate with data scientists, backend, mobile, and web engineers, and product managers.
