Requirements
- Multiple year track record leading the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models in a fast-moving tech company.
- Proven experience shipping deep learning, graph-based, and/or sequence-based ML architectures to production.
- Extensive experience writing production-quality Python code.
- Strong command of SQL for daily data operations.
- Product-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable impact and customer outcomes.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment dealing with ambiguity.
- Self-starter mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies like Go lang.
Responsibilities
- Identify and scope impactful opportunities to transform Customer Operations with Machine Learning.
- Lead the design and development of advanced machine learning models using LLMs, RAG, and sequence-based architectures.
- Provide technical leadership to drive expertise and best practices across the Machine Learning discipline.
- Steer ongoing technical strategy in coordination with MLOps and backend engineering teams.
- Mentor and lead by example within a cross-functional product squad.
