Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills for explaining complex findings to stakeholders.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems by identifying clear hypotheses and the necessary data required for analysis.
- Define and track key business metrics to inform decision-making.
- Build reports and run analyses to surface insights that move business goals.
- Design and execute experiments to test initiatives.
- Influence product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts with data-backed recommendations.
- Own the full end-to-end analytical function for an embedded business unit.
