Job Details

Expert-level experience building production React applications, including state management, performance, and testing.
Deep understanding of TypeScript and modern React tooling like Next.js and Vite.
Experience building multiple frontends from the ground up at startups.
Proven ability to refactor frontend codebases to support product and team growth, including building component libraries and design systems.
Hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex.
Strong product thinking and instincts with a focus on feature impact and user experience.
Advocate of strong software engineering practices, standards, and team culture.
Commitment to continuing hands-on development for at least 12 months.
Experience as an early or founding engineer at a startup (preferred).
Full-stack exposure and comfort venturing into backend or API work when needed (preferred).
Experience designing frontend architecture for AI-driven or data-heavy products (preferred).

Own the frontend for our Virtual Agent products, shaping how customers see, trust, and control AI-driven work.
Re-imagine and refactor the existing frontend into a scalable, reusable platform with a shared component library and consistent patterns.
Apply strong product thinking to build simple, useful product interfaces in close collaboration with product and design teams.
Bridge product, design, and platform engineering capabilities by turning intent into production-grade frontend code.
Collaborate with platform and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration with APIs and underlying services.
