Requirements
- Fluent in C# development (minimum 2 years of corporate experience).
- Fluent in English communication.
- Experience developing a user-facing product.
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub for team development and code reviews.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to contribute to a psychologically safe team environment.
- Clear communication skills and understanding of diversity.
- Interest in developing novel document editors.
- Fluent in Korean (nice-to-have).
- Experience in a startup environment (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement classes and methods for the document IDE.
- Refactor existing code to improve extensibility.
- Develop unit tests and effective algorithms.
- Review team members' code.
- Design overall architecture and participate in technology selection.
- Conduct user interviews to understand work pain points.
- Propose innovative and feasible product features.
