Requirements
- Proven track record of building platform capabilities with clear outcomes in developer velocity, reliability, or quality.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Bash).
- Experience with CI/CD systems and reusable pipeline components (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD), and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience with AI for engineering: prompt design, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM integration.
- Strong security and reliability instincts including secret management and least privilege principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical subjects.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop agentic coding and review workflows using LLMs to analyze code and automate tasks.
- Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD systems for faster, more observable, and easier adoption.
- Strengthen platform reliability and security within Kubernetes using Helm and IaC workflows.
- Create self-service templates, CLI enhancements, and bootstrap flows to reduce developer friction.
- Draft technical documentation, runbooks, and blogs to drive adoption and reduce support load.
- Collaborate through pair programming, code reviews, and effective communication on technical changes.
