Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Minimum 3 months of customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Professional telephone manner and literacy.
- Ability to offer products and services aligning with customer needs.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- High-speed internet (minimum 30mb/s download, 10mb/s upload) via Ethernet connection.
- Private, distraction-free workspace for equipment setup.
- Capability to use Google Authenticator and modern mobile OS (iOS 11+ or Android 10+).
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone inquiries and requests from cardholders and financial institution partners.
- Introduce and promote new services in a business development capacity.
- Maintain timely problem resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Validate customer information and identify needs through customer contact.
- Analyze caller information to process next steps according to the inquiry type.
- Resolve complaints and influence situations to achieve mutually satisfactory solutions.
- Complete accurate documentation for all transactions and requests.
