Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Relevant experience in finance or bookkeeping with a track record of ownership and responsibility.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven and adaptable to both collaborative and independent work environments.
- Must be able to provide a self-employment certificate.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Inventory Manager, HR Manager, and CCO on bill payments, payroll, and financial records.
- Ensure accurate and organized financial documentation according to company policies.
- Assist in preparing insightful financial reports.
- Support cross-functional projects by completing critical administrative tasks.
- Handle data entry, updates, and maintenance in spreadsheets and databases.
- Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and agreements.
- Gain experience in budgeting, cost management, and audits while taking on increasing task ownership.
