Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing and e-commerce operations for a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand.
- Deep familiarity with Shopify ecosystem and associated apps like Klaviyo, Rebuy, Gorgias, and Recharge.
- Proficiency with landing page builders such as Rebuy, Unbounce, or Replo.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret attribution models and manage unit economics.
- Strong understanding of ad platforms including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
- Execution-focused self-starter capability for fast-paced environments.
- Experience in Beauty, Apparel, or CPG industries is a plus.
- Basic HTML/CSS/Liquid knowledge for light Shopify theme tweaks is a plus.
- Experience managing retention channels via Klaviyo or Attentive is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google Search/Shopping, TikTok, Direct Mail, etc.) directly or alongside external agency partners.
- Manage daily/weekly performance targets against ROAS, MER, CAC, and LTV.
- Design, execute, and iterate creative testing frameworks in collaboration with designers and content creators.
- Continually audit and optimize the customer journey on Shopify including landing pages, PDPs, checkout, and upsell flows.
- Launch A/B tests on site copy, offer structures, design, and page speed to increase Conversion Rate and Average Order Value.
- Build custom landing pages using builders like Rebuy, Unbounce, or Replo to support specific campaigns.
- Monitor inventory velocity, product margins, and stock levels to ensure advertising spend aligns with supply chain reality.
- Build and maintain real-time performance dashboards using tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or GA4.
