Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in deployment engineering for AI integrations and automation.
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications including prompting, tool use, and RAG.
- Experience in failure mode handling and evaluation for AI systems.
- Coding proficiency for glue code, tests, monitoring, and logging.
- Experience designing and rolling out testable AI-driven workflows.
- Integration experience with APIs, webhooks, and auth patterns like OAuth.
- Experience integrating CRM, calendar, ticketing, and payment systems.
- Cloud fundamentals including deployments, observability, and debugging.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into robust AI implementations.
- Lead end-to-end production rollouts including AI workflows, prompts, and guardrails.
- Implement third-party system integrations via APIs and webhooks.
- Develop features and glue code including tests, monitoring, and logging.
- Debug live issues across calls, flows, and data pipelines.
- Build reusable templates and deployment playbooks for scalability.
- Surface feature gaps and recommendations to the product team.
