Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems).
- Strong conceptual and quantitative orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to spearhead cross-functional projects.
- 1+ years of experience in statistical model building (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in market research (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in SQL querying (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in consulting (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
- Perform modeling and analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies.
- Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel.
- Support step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior and creating risk models.
- Scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts, and develop monitoring plans for new solutions.
- Work closely with colleagues in IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability.
