Job Details

5+ years of progressive HR, People Partner, or Employee Relations experience.
Demonstrated experience managing US-based ER cases including investigations, accommodations, and terminations.
Working knowledge of US employment laws, compliance practices, and risk mitigation.
Proven ability to coach and advise managers through sensitive employee situations with discretion.
Experience partnering with Legal and HR leadership on complex or high-risk matters.
Ability to identify organizational risks and translate data into practical business action.
Experience supporting core people programs like performance management and compensation cycles.
Ability to balance strategic awareness with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a distributed, multi-site, or global organization preferred.
Experience working in a technology company or supporting technology client groups strongly preferred.

Manage end-to-end employee relations cases in the U.S., including performance issues, workplace conflicts, investigations, and terminations.
Partner with Legal and HR leadership on complex or high-risk cases while ensuring consistent, compliant resolutions.
Provide real-time coaching and guidance to managers regarding performance management and complex employee situations.
Translate company-wide culture and engagement initiatives into actionable business-level strategies.
Support the execution of core HR programs, including performance management cycles and compensation processes.
Monitor workforce trends such as attrition and team dynamics to provide insights to leadership and site leads.
