Requirements
- Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Wisconsin.
- Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages and with varying degrees of acuity.
- Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
- Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week until 8pm in the patient's primary time zone.
- Enthusiastic and strong team player.
- Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting.
- Commitment to 30 hours a week of availability for direct patient care.
- Experience in Family-Based Treatment or eating disorder treatment is preferred.
- Experience with evidence-based treatment or intensive treatment settings is preferred.
- Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and trauma is preferred.
- Case management experience or experience working with a multidisciplinary team is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic setting.
- Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), and cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID.
- Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients with 20-26 hours of direct care.
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors.
- Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through the EMR.
- Engage and collaborate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.
- Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested.
