Requirements
- Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in North Dakota.
- Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages and co-occurring conditions.
- Commitment to 30 hours per week of availability for direct patient care.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 16 hours of direct patient care after 2 pm in the respective time zone.
- Availability to work until 8pm on two evenings per week.
- Experience or passion for evidence-based care and eating disorder treatment.
- Strong team-player skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Technical proficiency to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual/telehealth setting.
- Commitment to ongoing training in evidence-based modalities.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic setting.
- Implement clinical modalities including Family-Based Treatment (FBT) and Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E).
- Maintain a patient caseload of 30-40, with 20-26 hours dedicated to direct care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team consisting of physicians, dietitians, and mentors.
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions through ongoing patient evaluations.
- Utilize between-session messaging and the electronic medical record (EMR) for team communication.
- Participate in mandatory clinical supervision, treatment huddles, and department meetings.
