Requirements
- Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Tennessee.
- Ability to support a diverse caseload of patients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Passion for evidence-based care and treatment delivery.
- Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (available until 8pm in patient time zone).
- Experience in Family-Based Treatment or eating disorder treatment (preferred).
- Experience with evidence-based treatment or intensive treatment settings (preferred).
- Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and trauma (preferred).
- Case management or multidisciplinary care team experience (preferred).
- Enthusiastic and strong team player.
- Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic setting.
- Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), and cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID.
- Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients with an expectation of 20-26 hours of direct care.
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and maintain quality clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, and mentors.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training.
- Maintain licensure in home state and obtain additional state licenses as requested by Equip.
