Requirements

Master's level degree in a relevant field.
Active, unrestricted licensure as a LMHC or LMFT in Florida.
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
Experience with treatment planning and comprehensive assessment.
Proficiency in utilizing telehealth software and video communication tools.
Fluency in English.
Private, HIPAA-compliant home office space.
Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am-8pm Eastern time shifts.
Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental health and/or substance abuse services via telehealth.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
Develop and execute effective treatment plans.
Partner with clients to track and achieve therapeutic goals.
Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal digital tools throughout the day.
