Master's level degree in a relevant field
Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Spanish
Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Strong skills in treatment planning and conducting comprehensive assessments
Comfort and experience utilizing telehealth technology and video communication tools
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-8pm Eastern time
Maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental health services through the telehealth program
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Partner with clients to achieve therapeutic goals
