Requirements

Master's level degree in a relevant field
Current licensure as an LMHC or LMFT with Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D or LMFT-D)
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Spanish preferred
Ability to maintain a private home workspace for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Experience with treatment planning
Proficiency in using telehealth software and video communication tools
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs
Develop and implement effective treatment plans
