Requirements
- Master's level degree in a relevant field.
- Active clinical licensure.
- Must hold Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D or LMFT-D).
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Proficiency in treatment planning and comprehensive assessments.
- Comfort and proficiency with technology, telehealth software, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work a full-time Monday–Friday schedule.
- Fluency in English.
- Capacity to maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health services via a telehealth platform.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Partner with clients to achieve therapeutic goals.
- Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools for clinical documentation and communication.
- Maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant work-from-home environment.
