Requirements

Master's level degree in a relevant field
Current, unrestricted professional licensure in Indiana
Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnosis
Experience with treatment planning and comprehensive assessments
Comfortable utilizing telehealth technology and video communication platforms
Ability to maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant work-from-home space
Fluency in English
Professional demeanor and ability to partner with clients

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient services through our telehealth program
