Requirements
- Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
- 1+ years of sales experience (P&C Insurance-related experience highly preferred).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to influence customers and close the sale.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge.
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing CRM tools and quoting systems.
- Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
- High-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download; no wireless, hotspots, or satellite).
- Smartphone for authentication and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide custom quotes for home, auto, renters, and personal umbrella policies with a goal of converting at least 20% of calls into sales.
- Engage with customers through inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups.
- Educate customers on policy options and required documentation.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining engaging customer conversations.
- Document interactions thoroughly to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.
