Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, environmental studies, public administration, economics, data analytics, project management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in technical project review, infrastructure assessment, operations analysis, regulated programs, or reimbursement review.
- Experience evaluating project scopes, costs, implementation plans, and technical documentation.
- Ability to interpret regulations, program requirements, and funding criteria effectively.
- Demonstrated skill in assessing operational feasibility, implementation dependencies, and risks.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
- Proficiency in working with financial, operational, and project data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to audit preparedness.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt in evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed technical reviews of proposed reimbursement projects assessing feasibility, implementation readiness, and operational requirements.
- Evaluate funding requests against regulatory requirements, program guidelines, and reimbursement policies.
- Analyze project scopes, cost assumptions, and implementation plans to determine project viability.
- Identify project risks, gaps, and unsupported assumptions before review processes advance.
- Prepare clear findings, recommendations, and decision-support materials for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, operations, finance, data, and compliance teams to gather insights.
- Conduct technical, regulatory, and economic research to support assessments.
- Maintain high-quality, audit-ready documentation.
- Contribute to improving review templates, workflows, and process tools.
