Requirements
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing ongoing client relationships at a marketing agency.
- Experience overseeing multi-channel marketing programs.
- Project management experience (formal or informal).
- Expert-level experience in at least one core marketing area (Email, Content, SEO, Paid Media, HubSpot/RevOps).
- Hands-on intermediate or higher experience in at least three core marketing areas.
- Ability to discuss channels confidently with clients and evaluate quality.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and responsive communication skills.
- Problem-solver with a 'figure it out' mentality.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity.
- Resilient and determined.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on strategy with the Account Director and own execution.
- Lead day-to-day client delivery and communication.
- Ensure work is executed at a high standard across channels.
- Coordinate internal project managers and channel specialists to ensure nothing slips.
- Monitor performance and proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Be accountable for client results, retention, and delivery quality.
