Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
- Openness to learning and implementing new design and animation techniques.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Create 4-6 scripts per month, managing tight deadlines for special projects.
- Perform in-depth script reviews using instructional design principles to split content into scenes.
- Operate graphics and direct talent during live production shoots.
- Manage individual projects and consistently deliver quality results under fast deadlines.
- Review completed videos and collaborate with video production specialists on post-production fixes.
- Leverage generative AI tools for music, image, video, and voiceover generation to enhance production pipelines.
