Requirements
- 5+ years of Security Analyst experience in a global 24/7 security operations center.
- 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience in a global operations center or Incident Response role.
- Extensive focus on Windows forensics.
- Proven experience leading diverse cybersecurity teams specializing in SOC, Digital Forensics, IR, Malware Analysis, and Threat Hunting.
- Demonstrated ability to create detailed process diagrams and operating procedures.
- Active engagement in the information security community.
- Proven experience leading initiatives requiring delegation and accountability.
- Data-driven approach with experience in Data Science concepts.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to provide occasional, ad-hoc support on weekends as required.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enforce internal processes to reduce burnout and increase productivity.
- Manage and enforce local/global shift coverage to maintain 24/7 operations.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 sessions with analysts to provide feedback and support career growth.
- Contribute to training programs in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, Detection Engineering, Threat Hunting, and Automation.
- Prioritize the creation of new product capabilities with the Product organization.
- Perform routine quality assurance for the designated region.
- Collaborate with the Support organization to streamline partner/customer request workflows.
- Mature processes and relationships with Tactical Response, Threat Hunting, and Detection Engineering teams.
