Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Security Analyst in a global 24/7 Security Operations Center.
- Deep focus and experience in Windows forensics.
- 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience, preferably within an MSSP, MDR provider, or Incident Response service.
- Proven experience leading diverse cybersecurity teams.
- Ability to create detailed process diagrams and standard operating procedures.
- Strong technical communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives requiring delegation and accountability.
- Data-driven approach with experience applying Data Science concepts.
- Active engagement in the information security community (e.g., conferences, public projects).
- Commitment to continuous learning regarding threat actor tradecraft and detection techniques.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enforce internal processes to reduce burnout and increase productivity.
- Manage and enforce local/global shift coverage to ensure 24/7 operations.
- Provide weekly 1:1 mentorship and career development for analysts.
- Develop and implement analyst training programs in forensics, IR, and detection engineering.
- Prioritize the creation of new security capabilities with Product teams.
- Perform routine quality assurance for the designated region.
- Engage with the Support organization to streamline partner/customer request workflows.
- Develop, track, and report on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
