Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and running production systems.
- Hands-on production experience with RAG systems and LLM-based agentic workflows.
- Strong Python proficiency (OOP, design patterns, clean architecture, performance optimization).
- Backend experience with Flask, Django REST, or FastAPI.
- Recent, hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS).
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or AWS Bedrock).
- Demonstrated ability to make and defend system design decisions.
- Comfortable owning direct communication with client stakeholders.
- Strong testing practices using pytest and integration testing for AI.
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation and quality assurance techniques.
- B2+ English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Embed with the client team for the length of the engagement to work directly in their environment.
- Observe and engage with end-users to ensure architecture is grounded in real-world workflows.
- Write production-grade Python for AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
- Design, build, and optimize RAG systems and agentic AI solutions for production.
- Manage technical direction, system design, and architectural trade-offs.
- Serve as the client's direct technical point of contact to present architecture and manage project scope.
- Support presales activities, including discovery, scoping, and technical proposals.
- Lead architecture reviews, create design documentation, and mentor engineers.
