Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience building and running production systems.
- Proven experience with RAG systems and LLM-based agentic workflows deployed in production.
- Strong Python proficiency including OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
- Backend development experience with Flask, Django REST, or FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, or ECR.
- Experience with LLM APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or AWS Bedrock.
- Demonstrated ability to defend system design decisions and trade-offs.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and testing practices including pytest and mocking.
- Proficiency in B2+ English for cross-cultural collaboration.
- Comfort with direct client communication and working in underspecified environments.
Responsibilities
- Embed directly within client teams to understand workflows before designing system architectures.
- Write clean, production-grade Python code for AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
- Design, build, and optimize RAG systems and agentic AI solutions in production.
- Own system design, architectural decisions, and technical direction from discovery through delivery.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, presenting designs and managing project scope.
- Support presales activities, including discovery calls, technical proposals, and scoping.
- Lead architecture reviews, create technical design documents, and contribute to internal standards.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and share knowledge across the practice.
