Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Git (branching, merging, tags) and platforms like GitHub/GitLab.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and change management (ITIL is a plus).
- Ability to register processes and versions using Markdown, Jira, and Confluence.
- Support deployment activities and validate quality criteria.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Docker, basic AWS/Azure, or Grafana monitoring (plus).
- Experience with Bash/Python scripting for builds and deployments (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage software versions and change control processes.
- Coordinate releases with Development, Testing, QA, and Operations teams.
- Administer Git repositories and branching strategies.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
- Automate build, integration, and deployment processes.
- Validate software versions against quality criteria before release.
- Provide support during deployments and resolve release-related incidents.
- Manage documentation and version traceability.
