Requirements
- Experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with dbt and data transformation workflows.
- Experience working with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse.
- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts and analytics engineering principles.
- Ability to optimize, refactor, and maintain BI solutions with a focus on scalability and usability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Interest in AI-powered analytics and experience with GenAI tools is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop new Power BI dashboards to enhance internal reporting capabilities and support data-driven decision-making.
- Build intelligent Power BI dashboards that automatically surface key insights.
- Refactor and optimize existing dashboards to improve maintainability, scalability, and enable easier rollout across multiple countries.
- Implement multi-language support for Power BI dashboards to support international users.
- Support the Analytics Engineering team in improving and maintaining existing dbt models.
- Assist with the design and implementation of new dbt models in Snowflake.
- Prepare and structure data to enable AI-powered automated insights generation.
- Improve report development processes by leveraging Git-based version control and automation.
