- Proven track record closing hard-to-find technical talent, such as machine learning engineers.
- Experience building systems and tooling to scale recruiting functions.
- Demonstrated experience working in international, remote-first environments.
- Experience hiring in multiple geographies.
- Tech-savvy, with knowledge of applying AI to improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup culture that requires balancing multiple priorities.
- Must be based in the UK, Europe, or the East Coast of North America within one of the 11 supported countries.
- Passionate about climate mission-driven work.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from role definition and sourcing through interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to design effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through creative sourcing and networking.
- Guide candidates through a thoughtful interview process, coordinating across teams and timezones.
- Build and refine systems, processes, and brand strategy to enable recruiting at scale.
- Use data to optimize hiring practices and improve outcomes.
- Act as a culture ambassador to attract mission-driven builders.
