Requirements

3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment placing candidates in specialized technical or niche industries.
Proven experience recruiting within IT (Software Engineering) or engineering industries (chemical, automotive, mechanical, or design).
Demonstrated success supporting senior-level searches (Senior Management through Director level).
Ability to partner with top-level executives and understand complex business needs.
Strong understanding of technical terminology related to IT and engineering.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Demonstrated ability to execute effective sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
Build trust and relationships with hiring managers and candidates to provide market insights and support.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Screen and assess candidates through technical and behavioral interviews.
Negotiate offers to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Manage and track recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Conduct continuous market research on industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Support employer branding through industry events and online forums.
