Requirements
- 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
- Active California Bar license.
- Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results.
- Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision.
- Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases.
- Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy.
- Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
- Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience.
