Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no conditions, restrictions, or undertakings.
- Minimum 3 years' post-graduate clinical RN experience.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Experience managing patients with chronic health conditions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Strong emotional resilience and the ability to handle sensitive or complex patient interactions.
- High level of digital literacy and confidence using multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively within structured processes, performance metrics, and service standards.
- Proven problem-solving skills and sound clinical judgement.
- Must be available to work over the Christmas and New Year period.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments for patients.
- Support patients through treatment expectations and the medical journey.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and clinical excellence.
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of company patient systems and processes.
- Manage a broad range of patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
