Requirements
- Unrestricted LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license in Massachusetts.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Must contract through a business entity (LLC required).
- Must be residing in the United States.
- 3+ years of prior experience in the tele-health space.
- Comfortable providing care through a digital health platform.
- Must own an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) capable of being updated past iOS16.
- Access to a laptop computer with strong and reliable internet access.
- Must be able to provide direct member care for 5 or 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging.
- Address issues related to pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, fertility, parenting, and mental health conditions.
- Use brief solution-focused therapy to provide immediate tools and skills for clients.
- Capture encounter summary documentation in the MPractice system.
- Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met and coordinate referrals.
- Provide culturally humble care as an ambassador of the Maven model.
