Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Payment Operations, analytics, or operational consulting (Risk Operations experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of the payment domain, processes, and key metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to form and test hypotheses.
- Proficiency in Tableau.
- Confident proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to form instructions/prompts for AI tools (e.g., Claude).
- Understanding of acquiring systems and payment gateway principles.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Perform health-checks and optimize key metrics including payment acceptance, VAMP, chargeback, and dispute rates.
- Conduct detailed analysis of the payment infrastructure to identify gaps.
- Formulate data-driven hypotheses to optimize product and payment metrics.
- Identify patterns and drivers of metrics to suggest improvements or traffic distribution adjustments.
- Research and propose solutions to bridge infrastructure gaps.
