Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Payment Operations, analytics, or operational consulting (Risk Operations experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of the payment domain, its processes, and key metrics.
- Ability to analyze data, form hypotheses, and evaluate their impact on product metrics.
- Proficiency with Tableau.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Skills in forming instructions/prompts for AI tools (e.g., Claude).
- Understanding of the principles of acquiring systems and payment gateways.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including payment pass rate, VAMP rate, chargeback rate, and dispute rate.
- Perform detailed analytics of the existing payment infrastructure.
- Formulate data-driven hypotheses for metric optimization.
- Analyze data to identify traffic distribution patterns and propose improvements.
- Identify infrastructure gaps and research solutions to address them.
