- Proficiency with CAD drawing manipulation and 3D rendering software.
- Experience using AI tools and design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Proven social media posting experience across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Understanding of performance analytics and content optimization.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with immediate responsiveness.
- Availability during Australian business hours.
Responsibilities
- Transform CAD drawings, photography, and 3D renders into compelling marketing materials.
- Create location-based marketing assets and integrate floor plans into designs.
- Distribute content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor performance analytics and execute content optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to support leasing and buyer engagement initiatives.
