Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience building and deploying machine learning systems.
- Strong understanding of ML fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised learning, optimization, statistics, linear algebra, and model validation.
- Deep understanding of the entire machine learning lifecycle in production.
- Excellent Python engineering skills, including clean code, algorithms, and performance optimization.
- Extensive experience developing deep learning models using PyTorch.
- Experience designing production ML systems for scalability and reliability.
- Proven ability to independently lead technical initiatives from concept to production.
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Polish (B2) and English (B2).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-ready computer vision solutions.
- Own complex ML projects from problem definition through production deployment and long-term maintenance.
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable machine learning architectures.
- Drive the complete ML lifecycle, including data strategy, dataset management, and continuous improvement.
- Design and build reusable Python libraries, ML frameworks, and internal tooling.
- Deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable production code.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Lead engineering initiatives around MLOps, CI/CD, and observability.
- Mentor other Machine Learning Engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
