Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web application development.
- Strong front-end engineering expertise utilizing React, TypeScript, or modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience developing back-end microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven track record of working independently.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to maintain consistent overlap with Central Time (CT) business hours.
- Familiarity with SEO and content management platforms (nice-to-have).
- Experience working in Agile engineering environments (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain feature-rich, customer-facing web applications from conception to production deployment.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and highly performant user interfaces utilizing React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable microservices and robust RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Ensure web applications are optimized for maximum speed, scalability, and reliable performance under high-traffic conditions.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to translate product requirements and SEO strategies into technical solutions.
- Take ownership of complex technical challenges, applying outstanding problem-solving skills within a fast-paced development lifecycle.
