Requirements
- Current licensure as a mental health provider (LPCC, LCSW, or LMHC) in the state of Alaska.
- Previous experience supervising clinicians, peers, or other mental health providers.
- Strong working knowledge of ACT, DBT, and CBT therapeutic modalities.
- Highly organized with excellent documentation skills.
- Data-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly empathetic with a passion for youth mental health and social impact.
- Ability to work the required evening schedule (Mon-Thu 4PM-10PM EST; Fri 4PM-7PM EST).
Responsibilities
- Supervise Peer Support Specialist Mentors according to the designated evening schedule.
- Ensure the safety and clinical effectiveness of both mentors and the teens they support.
- Manage mentors to ensure they exceed expectations regarding professionalism and role requirements.
- Maintain high-quality documentation for the Clinical Ops team.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Clinical Ops on the health and performance of supervisees.
- Provide additional support to higher-acuity teens within the program as needed.
