Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in a client service or agency setting, or relevant internship experience.
  • High level of computer competency.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage up to 20 projects simultaneously.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and solve workflow obstacles.

Responsibilities

  • Track project deliverables across departments and communicate obstacles to the team.
  • Manage the client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submission process and coordinate with taggers.
  • Oversee internal and external meeting coordination, including note-taking and status updates.
  • Review invoicing documents and final reconciliations under supervision.
  • Prepare Sunshine Act reports and other client-required documentation.
  • Collaborate with logistics vendors on meeting planning, including site search, travel, and AV equipment setup.
  • Prepare and distribute assignment reports and facilitate team meetings.
