Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism.
- 0-2 years of work experience in a client service or agency setting, or relevant internship experience.
- High level of computer competency.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage up to 20 projects simultaneously.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and solve workflow obstacles.
Responsibilities
- Track project deliverables across departments and communicate obstacles to the team.
- Manage the client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submission process and coordinate with taggers.
- Oversee internal and external meeting coordination, including note-taking and status updates.
- Review invoicing documents and final reconciliations under supervision.
- Prepare Sunshine Act reports and other client-required documentation.
- Collaborate with logistics vendors on meeting planning, including site search, travel, and AV equipment setup.
- Prepare and distribute assignment reports and facilitate team meetings.
