Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort and familiarity working with clients with a diverse range of concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Demonstrated ability to model stable and appropriate clinical boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Provide high-quality care and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve therapy goals.
- Submit individual documentation for each session per company protocol.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for full-time status.
- Coordinate services with families, medical personnel, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
