Requirements
- Proven experience directly implementing K-12 assessments in schools.
- Robust foundational knowledge of core psychometric principles such as validity, reliability, comparability, and bias.
- Strong facilitation skills for leading inclusive, engaging design experiences.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple workstreams.
- Ability to translate technical psychometric rigor into practical, everyday guidance for educators.
- Resourcefulness and a solutions-oriented mindset for navigating complex, evolving conditions.
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to structure time in a remote, multi-site environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution, including defining milestones, deliverables, metrics, and managing budgets.
- Build and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring role clarity.
- Manage external relationships with school partners, funders, and system leaders.
- Contribute to the Evidence team’s collective learning by sharing insights on the future of assessment.
- Pilot AI-augmented literacy assessments in secondary schools, convening diverse design teams to identify high-leverage use cases.
- Revamp accountability systems for charter authorizers by developing frameworks that align with a Portrait of a Graduate.
- Facilitate workshops for school leaders on applying student competencies to their local contexts.
