Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
- Strong consulting background.
- Experience supporting or selling in related markets.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Global Human Resources including Workforce Structures and Person/Employment Models.
- Proficiency in HR business processes such as Approval Workflows, Security Roles, and Employee/Manager Self-Service.
- Experience with Journeys, Employee Experience, and HR Helpdesk functionality.
- Ability to support functional design for integrations and conversions.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client HR stakeholders.
- Support executive alignment regarding project direction and escalations.
- Lead Core HR design workshops and discovery sessions.
- Translate client business requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.
- Work with the Solution Architect and project leadership to determine the best solution for the customer.
- Configure and deliver solutions aligned with Oracle best practices and project standards.
- Provide functional leadership and mentorship to consultants and analysts on the project team.
